Fashions are eligible for exchange only if there is a defect from manufacturer.
Refunds are on "out of stock/sold out" items only.
Within 2 business days from the date you received your fashions may you request a return with original packaging and must not show worn. *No white fashions will be exchanged at all unless there is a defect in the item only.
Please do not return items without a prior agreement with Tracia's Touch authorized representative.

How do I track my order?
Please check your email (spam/junk) to confirm receipt of order received. Once your item has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number sent to your email address provided on your order with a tracking number.
How can I contact your couriers?
USPS (United States Postal Service) is currently the preferred method of shipments. You may contact the courier with the tracking number provided once your purchase has been shipped.
