RETURN POLICY

NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Tracia Touch only provides digital store credit, or exchange for size or if item is defective. Items needs to be in original packaging, unworn, not washed, no makeup, and all tags attached. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). 
A request for an exchange must be made within 2 business day's of receiving item. You must ship item back to returned address within 7 business days. We will not exchange worn items no exceptions.
