SHIPPING POLICY

We work to ship out orders between 2-3 business days. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, may take up to 5-7 business days to ship orders. Pre-Order items will ship on the day that is listed in description of item.

 

For personal delivery, orders will be delivered within 24-48 hours. If ordered Monday thru Thursday. 

If order is placed on a Friday your order will be personally delivered on the following Monday unless Monday falls on a Holiday.

All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. Holidays and Weekends are excluded. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will also ship the following Monday unless Monday falls on a Holiday.

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out. 
All orders are shipped in the continental US via USPS and can take anywhere from 3-5 days to arrive. All orders have a standard shipping cost of $7.50 (Excluding occasional free shipping promotions).

We are not responsible for lost, mis delivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake.
